Cloverbase is a digital enablement consultancy focused on empowering leaders to develop the digital mindset to lead their organisations into the digital future. The pace of technological change means that digital literacy has become an essential leadership skill, whether you're chairing the board meeting or looking for your first professional position.

We teach business leaders to think critically about technology and use it ethically and responsibly. We do this through tailored digital training, personalised mentoring, and in-person workshops to foster professional growth and organisational efficiency.

By helping business leaders develop a digital mindset, our ambition is to grow the digital literacy of leaders across Aotearoa New Zealand's pakihi Māori, commercial and public sectors.

Why ‘Cloverbase’?

Clover is a symbol of luck and good fortune. In farming it’s an important ground cover that retains moisture in the earth and provides a sweet, nourishing feed for stock. Our name ‘Cloverbase’ is a nod to the opportunities that a baseline level of digital literacy can provide to the leaders who develop it. Through our purpose of helping people strengthen their digital literacy skills, we aim to ‘share the luck’ so that more people can benefit from the freedom technology can enable.
